Successful Nonprofit organizations have strong and effective Teams. If we are to thrive, we must reconnect with our sense of community which is central to Black and African ancestry. If you have a strong team, you will be able to secure the funding, collaborations and resources to grow and expand your work.
BUILD IT
When the foundation is in place it is time to build, for both the organization and self. Internal conversations of lack lead to a competitiveness and desperation around securing money that is unhealthy and not based in reality. We’ll discuss where these negative internal conversations about money originate, how to quiet them and how to approach collaborations with a new confidence that attracts financial abundance.
