Kijaffa is a passionate business and learning strategist with almost two decades of experience in strategy development, business operations, and organizational development from her career in higher education administration. With a background in business and education, her strengths lie in helping organizations design innovative strategies for goal achievement, identify and align resources for process optimization and foster a culture of learning for organizational success.
Kijaffa is the cofounder of the B.O.S.S Accountability Group- a support group for solo women entrepreneurs which provides both community & consultation to new business owners. She is also the creator and host of the podcast “Coffee and a Notepad”, which centers conversations around business, entrepreneurship and creating success on your own terms! As a social media enthusiast, she serves as the social media strategist for a growing organization focused on the career advancement and the creation of community for Black professionals in the learning and development space.
Kijaffa holds a bachelors in Business Administration from CUNY Baruch College, a Masters in Strategic management from Pace University, a graduate certification in Learning Design & Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has done extensive studies in organizational leadership.
